Middle school art is an elective class for students in 6th-8th grade. If a student elects to take art, he/she will have class everyday for one quarter. Students can take art for one, two, or all three years of middle school.

The curriculum is on a three-year rotation. This means that every three years the units and lessons repeat, rather than every year. This means students won't have to worry about learning the same lessons from year to year as they progress even though the class is titled "Middle School Art" for each grade.
